New Album and New York!!!!

 Hello my lovelies! Just a quick update. The new record is coming along! We're recording away with our man Adam Lasus and at the end of June, we're heading to New York to add the finishing touches. While we're there, we are playing an amazing show with Kelli Scarr. If you are in New York, or anywhere near by, JULY 2 at The Mercury Lounge

 Oh Austin, my how you've grown.  I felt like a returning soldier in a WW2 movie who finds his high school sweetie has blossomed into Rita Hayworth. You seem to keep growing, in all the right places. I'm so proud to be from Austin and love you all!!!! We will be back soon with the full, full band, so tell your friends and keep spreading the MegaFauna.

South by Southwest!

It's pretty much always Spring in LA... But for those of you out there freezing away your bits and pieces, fear not!  Spring is right around the corner and with Spring comes rebirth, life and of course South By Southwest in Austin.  
This year I have the dubious pleasure of having two artistic endevors be part of the festival.  First off, an animated short I produced along with Mike Garza (our mega-artist), Josh Lit (our mega-pianit) Gabriel Lit (our mega-clarinetist) Wen Chang (our mega-violinist) and Stephen Clothier (our mega-saxaphonist).  I am very excited about it's screenings and will post more detalis soon.  

And Noah and the MegaFauna will be preforming a showcase for our music placement people, Cellar Music.  The show is at 2pm on Thursday the 14 and it's free.  So... yeee haw!! See y'all soon (that's texan)

Judd Apatow's "This is 40" features Moan all Night

 2013 is RULING!!!
Lots to brag about, but first things first. We were featured in "This is 40" the Paul Rudd and Leaslie Mann vehicle, directed by Judd Apatow! We were filmed performing "Moan All Night" and the scene will be on the DVD, but the song is in the film. So... go see it!
